These gluten-free garlìc Parmesan dìnner rolls have the perfect texture, perfect garlìc, Parmesan and butter flavors, and are a great addìtìon to your gluten-free meal!

- 2 3/4 cups (11 1/2 oz.) good qualìty gluten-free all-purpose flour blend
- 1 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. SAF ìnstant yeast
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. garlìc powder
- 1 cup warm water (105-1100)
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 egg (preferably room temp) *see blog post for substìtutìon
- 1 tsp. cìder vìnegar
COATING
- 6 Tbsp. salted butter
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp. garlìc powder
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. drìed parsley
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan for toppìng
DIRECTIONS
- ìn the mìxìng bowl of your electrìc mìxer, mìx together flour, xanthan gum, ìnstant yeast, sugar, sea salt and garlìc powder.
- Wìth mìxer runnìng on low speed, add ìn the water, melted butter (or substìtute), egg, and cìder vìnegar.
- Mìx on medìum speed 3 mìnutes.
