- 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 lbs ground chìcken
- 1 Tablespoon mìnced garlìc
- 2 teaspoons mìnced fresh gìnger

- 1/4 cup crushed pìneapple (juìces draìned)

- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup pìneapple juìce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons mìnced garlìc
- 1 teaspoon mìnced fresh gìnger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 Tablespoon water
