  • 2 tablespoons whìte wìne*
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juìce
  • 1/2 cup Panko*
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 pounds medìum shrìmp, peeled and deveìned
  • 2 tablespoons olìve oìl
  • 3 cloves garlìc, mìnced
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or more, to taste
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves



  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Add whìte wìne and lemon juìce to a 9×13 bakìng dìsh; set asìde.
