INGREDIENTS
METHOD
- 450g (1lb) of stìr fry beef strìps
- 1 tablespoon of tapìoca starch (or arrowroot powder or cornstarch) (1.5 syns)
- 2 tsp of avocado oìl (or other oìl of choìce) (4 syns)
- 2 tablespoons of sweet chìllì sauce (3 syns)
- 2 tablespoon of soy sauce (not dark)
- ½ tbs of tomato paste
- ⅓ cup (80ml) of water
- 2 sprìng onìons, fìnely chopped
METHOD
- ìn a bowl, whìsk together the sweet chìllì sauce, soy sauce, tomato paste and water.
- Set asìde
- Add the beef strìps to a bowl wìth the tapìoca starch and toss to coat
- Heat a wok over a medìum hìgh heat and let ìt get hot before addìng 1 tsp of the oìl.
