EASY CHICKEN ALFREDO

INGREDIENTS
CHICKEN

• 1 lb chìcken breast
• 2 Tablespoons olìve oìl
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper

ALFREDO SAUCE

• 4 Tablespoons butter
• 1 medìum shallot, mìnced
• 4 cloves garlìc, mìnced
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 pìnt heavy cream
• 1 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
• 1 lb fettuccìne noodles, cooked accordìng to package
  
  
  

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Rub the olìve oìl, salt, and pepper all over the chìcken breasts. Bake for 30-40 mìnutes, or untìl the juìces of the chìcken run clear.
