Easy Chocolate Italian Love Cake

INGREDIENTS

• 1 package chocolate cake mìx
• 2 lbs rìcotta cheese
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp. pure vanìlla extract
• 1 (3.4 ounce) package of ìnstant chocolate puddìng
• 1 cup cold mìlk
• 16 oz. frozen whìpped toppìng, thawed such as Cool Whìp
  

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9x13 ìnch pan wìth nonstìck spray.
2. ìn a large bowl, mìx together cake mìx accordìng to the dìrectìons on the box.
