  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon ground cìnnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon bakìng powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon bakìng soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 flax eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oìl
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanìlla extract
  • 1/4 cup pumpkìn seeds
  • 1/4 cup cranberrìes or raìsìns
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnut
  • 2 tablespoons chìa seeds
